The administration recommends that the board adopt the order authorizing the issuance of Lee college district limited tax general obligation refunding bonds series 2023. Levy levying a tax and providing for the security and payment there of authorizing the issuance of the bonds in accordance. With specified parameters, authorizing the thesis and redemption prior to maturity of certain outstanding bonds and enacting other provisions related there too.
