Safe. Easy. Supportive. Get in-person help with Spring 2021 registration and enrollment.Lee College remains committed to delivering exceptional student services in the safest way possible. As we prepare for Summer and Fall of 2021, we want to make sure you have the support you need to stay on track toward your academic goals. While most of our student services are available online, we will offer additional in-person assistance in the Rundell Hall Conference Center on the following dates:

  • 8 a.m.-6 p.m. April 13-14-15
  • 8 a.m.-6 p.m. May 25-26-27
  • 8 a.m.-2 p.m. May 28
  • 8 a.m.-6 p.m. June 29-30, July 1
  • 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Aug. 10-11-12
  • 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Aug. 17-18-19
  • 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Aug. 20-21

The F2F (Face-to-Face) Services Event will provide help with everything you need to successfully register and enroll for the summer and fall semesters including admissions, advising, financial aid, tuition payment, and career services.

Steps to Participate in These Events

  1. Arrive at Lee College parking lot 1 in front of Rundell Hall on Lee Drive.
  2. From your vehicle, check in for the event using the online Health and Safety Report.
  3. The wait time will be determined by the number of people in the conference center and approximately 15 minutes per service station.
  4. Once inside the conference center, maintain a physical distance of six feet (about two arms' lengths) from other people who are not from your household.
  5. To protect our staff, students, and visitors, each visitor on campus must complete an online Health and Safety Report and wear a face covering at all times.

Services Provided at the F2F Events

Admissions (in office)

  • Document processing (high school and college transcripts, meningitis vaccinations, residency, etc.)
  • Application processing
  • General questions and support

Advising/Counseling (conference center)

  • Summer 2021 and Fall 2021 advising
  • Academic probation/recovery planning
  • Financial aid appeals - Have prepared statement for submission
  • Assistance with registration

Cashier's Office (in office)

  • Take payment for tuition
  • Assist with business office holds

Career and Transfer (conference center)

  • Career exploration
  • Inform of career services
    • Employment opportunities: On-campus, off-campus, internships, job board
    • Employment Prep Services: Resume and cover letter assistance, mock interviews, job search
  • Transfer to university information

Disability Services / Access Center

  • General information on services and accommodations
  • Appointment for intakes

EOC (conference center)

  • Assist with Lee College and Financial Aid applications
  • Assist with uploading of documents required by Financial Aid

Financial Aid (conference center)

  • Assist with Financial Aid questions
  • Assist with award acceptance and permissions
  • 2019 tax information for student (if filed) and parent (if needing assistance in completing a new FAFSA) needed for service

Student Success and Advising Center (in office)

  • Provide open lab for one-on-one assistance of students with various computer functions (e.g., myLC, online applications, FAFSA, or email accounts)

Veterans Center

  • Information and support on establishing educational benefits for veterans
  • Academic advising for veterans
  • Be sure to bring DD-214, certificate of eligibility, birth certificate (Hazlewood), military transcripts
